Overview

Ridgeline Orthotics warrants that all custom-made orthotics will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery to the patient.

This warranty covers:

Material defects: Such as cracks, breaks, or de-lamination.

Manufacturing defects: Such as incorrect dimensions, improper fitting, or faulty construction.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear: Including gradual deterioration of materials due to use.

Damage caused by misuse or abuse: Such as exposure to chemicals or subjecting the orthotics to excessive force or heat.

Alterations or modifications: Made to the orthotics by anyone other than Ridgeline Orthotics.

Loss or theft: Ridgeline Orthotics is not responsible for lost or stolen orthotics.

Cosmetic damage: Such as minor scratches or scuffs that do not affect the function or performance of the orthotics.
